Shelter Rentals
Shelters at Avalon Park may be rented by contacting the Avalon Borough Administration Office at 412-761-5820, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. We will begin taking reservations for the 2024 Season on Tuesday, January 2, 2024.
Shelter 1 Full Kitchen: Full size refrigerator, stove/oven, add’l 4 burner gas cook top, grill, hot water.Seats approximately 50 people.Residents $200.00Non-Resident $225.00 $50.00 Refundable Security Deposit
Shelter 2No kitchen facilities, does include electric and grills.Seats approximately 100 people.All rentals $150.00$50.00 Refundable Deposit Shelter 3 No kitchen facilities, does include two grills Seat approximately 50 people All rentals $75.00 $50.00 Refundable Deposit $50.00 Deposit will be refundeded provided the shelter is left in satisfactory condition. Decorations and food and beverage items must be removed from the area and all garbage must be place in dumpsters. Parties who rent Shelter 1 must lock the kitchen before leaving the premises. 2024 SHELTER RENTAL APPLICATION You must obtain a Malt Beverage and Wine Permit if you plan to have alcohol at your event. Please return the completed application, along with the non-refundable fee, to the Borough Administration Office no later than one week prior to your scheduled event. 2024 MALT BEVERAGE PERMIT APPLICATION ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: - Rental fees must be paid in full 2 weeks after making your reservation.- ID required for proof of residency. - ½ off for 501 (c) 3 Non-profit Organizations. - Cancellations must be made 2 weeks or 10 business days before your event to receive a full refund. After this period there is a $25.00 fee to cancel a reservation and receive your refund.
