Jordan Tax Service, located in McMurray, Pennsylvania, is contracted to do quarterly billing for ALCOSAN charges. Payments may be paid online, mailed directly to Jordan Tax service, or non-cash payments can be put in the drop-off box located in the Avalon Borough Administration Office.  For questions concerning your billings, please call Jordan Tax Service at 724-731-2322.
